This strength & conditioning class is a smaller class so the trainer can ensure that you are using proper form to maximize results. The class focus changes from week to week to target different muscle groups and skills using barbells, pull ups, toes to bar and other functional movements. Modifications will be provided.

Prepare to come and sweat the full 50 minute class. Lots of cardio and full body strength using lighter weights to get the maximum benefit of a higher intensity workout. Low impact options are availble for higher impact movements.

This class, considered the most intense one of the week, is a great way to start your weekend. Every Saturday class will be different. AMRAP'S, chippers, EMOM's..... Show up for class and be surprised. No barbells will be used in this workout to allow all members to participate.
